  • All our products are subject to a 1-3 day handling period before being shipped.  Please allow additional time if ordering on weekends or Australian public holidays.
  • Purchases will arrive to most countries within 8-24 working days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped, along with a tracking code.

Returns Policy

  • Items can be returned back to SnugLife for a refund.
  • Your items need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unstained.
  • You must post your return back within 14 days of receiving your items.
  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage, unless your purchase arrives damaged.

If your product arrives broken or faulty, simply snap a picture for us & get in contact - one of our team will happily assist you.

Changed your mind? No worries, mate. Simply get in contact with us & we'll get you sorted. You will have to pay postage back to our warehouse, but we never charge re-stocking fees.

Once we receive the return, we will process your refund immediately.

TIP: If you're shipping an item back to us, take a picture and let us know before sending, just in case the item becomes damaged in transit.
